Loved how the excellent quality deluxe room with a large bed was arranged when we arrived.
Wi-Fi was horrible; expensive breakfast, a little disappointed.

Pool times too short in the evening. Breakfast: egg station not suitable for vegetarians (bacon is prepared on the same plate)

Absolutely suitable for children. Nice animation, good swimming pool.
Sand in the bathtub. Big cockroach in the hallway of the room. Taxi strike was announced, but the hotel did not give us a hint, so that we could only reach our flight home via personal contacts in Sevilla.

Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with bathroom including a bath tub, a sofabed for the kids plus good power options near bed and got it upon arrival...
The staff we met were very slow.

The size of the room and the big bed.
Unfortunately the room was above the restaurant, so there was noise in the morning during breakfast.

The breakfast buffet's variety impressed us, and the vibrant pool activities energized our stay. The room felt slightly cramped for our family of three.

My bed was comfy and the room was high quality with an outer jacuzzi. The hotel had stunning location short walk to Seville as well as the restaurants. The main bar was great and the staff were caring.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were dismissive.

Breakfast was SUPER!!!
A little far from the centre. . . At a 5* hotel you should always have drinking water in your room.

great access to iconic parks and fascinating landmarks
I loved being close to both Alamillo Park, perfect for leisurely strolls, and Las Setas De Sevilla, a fine landmark that makes for great photos. Plus, the room was very comfortable.

Very modern hotel with indoor and outdoor swimming pool at the former Expo site. It's still close to town, but very quiet. A well-maintained area with a very rich and varied breakfast.

The swimming pool area was beautifully designed.
I faced several issues with cleanliness in the rooms. There were persistent ants in our room, made us uncomfortable. I was disappointed with the room service, as the milk jug we received was moldy inside. This experience made our family gathering less pleasant, and I hope they address these concerns for future visitors.

1-Staff are very friendly. 2-A nice design of interior spaces. 3-Room was very clean. 4-The area is very quiet and can be very good for relaxing. Far from traffic jam and noise. 5- bed is very comfortable. 6-Breakfast was complete and nice. 6-Air-condition system works very good and cool down the room very fast. 7-Bathroom was clean and big.
1- Without car or taxi, reaching the hotel is difficult. 2- I expect iron in the room while they mention in the Booked.net, but there was not and just the normal laundry service. 2- staff can not speak English at all except the reception desk. 3- the window design was very poor. 4-Construction in the tower 3 during whole week. 5- really uncomfortable sofas in the lobby. 6-Waiting for 20 minutes to get taxi to go to airport. 7- there is no shopping center or restaurant in the neighborhood. You should go to the other side of the river for a restaurant which is not very good idea at temperature of 39c in July. If you go in summer to this hotel, you would get stock for whole your journey in this hotel.
